Who we are
Rivermark Coating is a local home-service business in Richmond, Virginia. This page explains, in plain English, what we do with the information you give us. It is a general notice, not a contract.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, call, or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, address of the job, photos you send, and details about the job (what needs doing, how you found us, how you'd like to be contacted).
Why we collect it
Only to respond to you, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, and follow up about your job.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our website host (Cloudflare), the tool we keep job records in (Notion), and the app that notifies us of new requests (Telegram). They handle it on our behalf.
Analytics
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the pages (for example clicks and scrolling) so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and may collect device and usage information. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete your information, or to see what we have, call or text (804) 404-3727. We may keep records we need for an active job, invoices, or taxes.
